Aside from CrossFit, she loves to get out in nature and explore, and try new recipes in the kitchen.

  • Sara Leonard, Coach

Sara has always had an interest in fitness; however her journey truly began after the birth of her second child. She pushed herself to transform her body and mind, and embrace a healthier lifestyle from that moment on. Sara is excited to learn alongside you and help you achieve your goals. Sara has been a Type 1 Diabetic since age 8, and believes anything is possible!

Her favorite movements include anything high intensity that will get the body and mind going!

Sara has an amazing husband, Jonathan, and two rockstar kids, Levi and Nora. She loves surrounding herself with her family and making the most of everyday. She truly believes in being the example. Whether it be with her kids or peers, Sara believes in leading by example, because the opportunities that surround us are endless.

You can find her cracking a “mom” joke in the gym or getting outside with her family for a good ruck.

  • Stefani Osoria, Coach

Stefani started her fitness journey in 2016, like a lot of us she started with running outside until she felt confident enough to enter a gym. Fast forward a year later when she mustered up the courage to step through the doors of her first CrossFit box and the rest was history. There she found the functional training style of CrossFit kept her hungry for more and helped her grow in ways she never imagined.

She met a coach who would become family, help her find her love for Olympic lifting, and inspire her to want to become the coach and friend he was to her. She became a part of a community where she met one of her best friends who would 5 years later introduce her to Coach Bri and pave the way to her writing this bio!

Needless to say, Crossfit has been such an important part of her life that has led to growth inside and outside of the gym! Her goal as a Coach at CF LKW is to help athletes find that same passion and purpose she found, so they can become the very best version of themselves they never thought possible.

When Stefani isn’t in the gym, you can find her hiking, chasing waterfalls, spending time with her fur baby Odin, or curled up with a good book and a cup of coffee.
