By combining bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and cardio, our CrossFit classes will help you improve your overall life, as well as aid in building strength, stamina, and put your metabolism to work.

Our Senior Fit CrossFit class serves our aging adult population. We meet 3x/ week to focus on balance, coordination, and flexibility, as well as muscular endurance and cardiovascular health.

Personal Training

Personal training is designed for YOU and you only. You will work one-on-one with one a coach to establish and work towards your specific goals. Personal training includes your individual sessions and unlimited access to classes and open gym.

CrossFit Beginners

These classes are a scaled version of our standard CrossFit classes to better meet the needs of those just beginning their fitness journey.

CrossFit Kids

Serving ages 4-12 years old, our CrossFit Kid’s Program is based around Spartan Race training. Throughout our time together we focus on learning to move our bodies well, creating a team atmosphere, instilling self confidence, and challenge our students with obstacle course training, team based games and various workout styles. At the end of each program, we tackle a Spartan Race together to show off their hard work!
